https://highfidelity.io is many times slow. it takes very long to load the forum sometimes.
also downloading new build have a variable speed. between 0.3KB - 2.3MB

this speed problem is going on for weeks with ups and downs but it got
worse and also impact the downloading of scripts in interface.exe
