Build 2612 edit tools not working

I can’t access all the build functions with build 2612

Some entities only allow me to move them up or down or rotate them, some do not let me edit them in any way when tools is on. On others the select option in tools does not do anything. While others are just showing a red outline on them.

Additionally, text such as “users online” shows as blurry, choppy outlines.

I concur. Editing tabs are missing almost always, cant resize, cant move up/down. Also extreme black shadows now happen.

[EDIT] The black tarring seems to happen when editing. The effect remains thereafter throughout the running instance of the Interface.
