Cannot rotate light entity?

Ok, i wanted to test something with rotating light.
Problem is, that the light does not seems to rotate. And i think the settings are correct.

Doing something wrong ? or ?

:flushed: I did not selected spotlight. :flushed:
It’s now rotating, and does what i expected.
