defaultScripts.js once stopped does not restart automatically

#1

Something odd is that if you stop the defaultScripts.js they are never restarted. Since they support the advertised interface and main features (e.g. see help -> About Interface), I would have expected they would be as there is no way to get them back unless you know the URL where the script is located… which I believe is

http://highfidelity-public.s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/scripts/defaultScripts.js

If the behaviour is what is intended, there ought to at least be a way to say “Restart default scripts” or “Reset scripts to defaults” in the menu.

Doesn’t the “Reload All” button from the Running Scripts “HUD”, accessed by hitting CNTRL+J or though the first tab to the left on the top tool bar, work for you?

@Be_Austin @DavidGreenwood I put up a job for this. https://worklist.net/19725

Thanks @Chris… and David, no it seems only to reload those that are already indicated as active. So if you hut “SAop all” which is a prominent button, the defaultSACripts.js is not running and not restarted on reclogging.

It is still the case that defaultScripts.js once stopped does not restart automatically, and we have to find the location/URL to be able to restart it manually.

But I also just noticed that when it is loaded, one of the included scripts (editVoxels.js) throws an errors in the Interface console… (using Windows “build 2” on 3-Jun-2014).
