How many polys cause the fps to half

@Judas I cannot reply to any thread I’ve posted to more than twice.

My recommendation would be to try a complex shape that has normals that cause light to bounce in different geometric directions.

That should do it. A cube with 3 million tris, will still bounce light in the same direction, so I’m wondering if there is a light-normal reducer that is grouping similar normals within a geometric angular range in similar to the way Blender preview-smoothing works.

Upload something complex, like a fractal or something totally strange and see what happens.
