Re-sized Textures do not scale

Test:
Apply an 8k texture to a model and ensure it rescales it in the log.
Increase entity scale in Interface.

Expected:
Resized texture will map to entity size.

Actual:
Texture will not map to entity size.

I have seen a prob where if i use a 4k texture in a mesh the mesh explodes to a massive size, maybe related
I noticed all the 4k models on the atp blew out
