Running multiple instances of the Interface

#1

Good chances that this is a stupid question, or windows related (I’m new to windows), but I will try anyway.
Is it possible to run multiple instances of the Interface on the same PC?
If so, how?

Edit: I don’t use any VR headset and controllers for now, just the “desktop” display. I would like to check some scripts I wrote with two Interface windows open by focusing on one at the time.

Thanks!
Tom

I believe there are two options (though I personally haven’t tried either):

  1. Run Interface as another user.
  2. Add this to the environment variables: HIFI_ALLOW_MULTIPLE_INSTANCES=1

Thanks! The 2nd option did the trick (didn’t tried the 1st one).
