Script counting how many people connected in HighFidelity

#1

Is there a script able to count how many people are there in total in HF. At this precise moment summing up all the data in the goto search window I can count 31 people. It would be nice to have a graph of the amount of people connected…
Sansar had something like this, published some months ago:

But they’re stopping at February 2017 !!!

But yess… there is the answer to this call:
https://metaverse.highfidelity.com/api/v1/users?status=online

But now the problem is that it says 2 people are online, but goto is telling there are 19 people, so it is like the dark matter, only 10% is detected?

Will only show people that have set their account to allow everyone to see them online. Privacy is important for a lot of people.

#6

Apparently, not only that is wrong…
The website is not on sync too:

The domains gone offline continue to get listed with a count of people that are clearly not there anymore. (Looks like buggy.)

I don’t think there are legions of hidden people I believe there are rarely more than 5 users.i mean why would the developers hide their status? Why would they want their platform toseem empty.same goes for users only griefers and trolls sneak about anonymously.users want the platform active and vibrant to give a good impression when people come for a look around. It’s cutting ur own throat being invisible

So to recap this thread:

  1. How can we get the same information displayed by the GOTO page (even the total amount, not needed really the breaking for domain).

  2. What are the “truest” numbers?
