"Licensed" and "Certified" forum badges

Discourse added a couple of new tutorials long after many of us had already signed up, and with these, they added badges. If you’re a badge completionist, here’s how to trigger the new tutorials. Private message @discobot (it is a bot, it won’t mind your random PM) with the message “@discobot start new user” for the new user tutorial (and Certified badge upon completion), or “@discobot start advanced user” for the advanced user tutorial (and Licensed badge upon completion).
